WORKSHOPS WE OFFER:

We recommend 90 minutes for most of our workshops to get the optimal value from the content and employee engagement.

However, we can condense any workshop as low as 30 minutes and expand to full day retreat fun!

The Fast & The Curious

Description: Buckle up for 90 minutes of high-energy, laugh-out-loud fun! The Fast & The Curious is the perfect entry-level improv workshop, designed to spark quick thinking, creativity, and collaboration. Through fast-paced, off-stage "all-play" activities, every team member will jump in, think on their feet, and create unforgettable moments—no performance experience needed! IN-SYNC: Group Mind

Description: Great teams don’t just work together—they individually contribute to the success of the whole. IN-SYNC: Group Mind is an engaging, interactive workshop designed to align your team’s thinking, communication, and creativity. Participants will learn how to contribute individual ideas while seamlessly syncing with the team’s collective vision. Just like world-class improv performers rely on Group Mind to build scenes in perfect harmony, your team will develop the skills to listen, adapt, and collaborate effortlessly. Stop! Collaborate & Listen

Description: Collaboration isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the secret sauce of high-performing teams! Stop! Collaboration & Listen is a high-energy, interactive workshop designed to break down silos and get your team working together like never before. Unlike our other sessions, this workshop zeroes in on active listening and real-time adaptability, teaching participants to truly hear, support, and build on each other’s ideas. 10:45a – The Advertising Agency workshop: Your team becomes an improv-driven ad agency, crafting and performing hilarious commercials for completely made-up products! Unleash creativity, build quick-thinking skills, and generate BIG laughs.
11:45a– Refuel with Big Nate’s BBQ – because bonding happens best over brisket! (see menu)
12:30p – Head back to work, recharged, refreshed, and more connected than ever!
